Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or until job completion.

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, your work makes a real impact and produces results.

• Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
• $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus
• Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment

• Product Handling:
  Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing:
  Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading:
  Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation:
  Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

• Clean & Safe Workplace:
  Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility:
  Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• At least 18 years of age
• Strong experience operating the Reach Truck and Cherry Picker
• Experience in stock put‑away (Big Zone products)
• Ability to lift products up to 75 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working on feet all day—standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet without issue

• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
• Dependable, on‑time, with a strong work ethic
• Willing to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
• Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience
