Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator

Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator supports Supply Chain and Logistics within Client Care Services, handling reception and shipment of parcels, inventory management, data entry and related projects. The role ensures accurate tracking and storage of products and spare parts for repair and works closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues. The Coordinator contributes to process improvements and is expected to meet daily efficiency and quality targets after training.

• Manage reception and shipment of parcels containing products to be repaired.
• Meet daily efficiency and quality targets after training.
• Manage inventory of products to be repaired and spare parts, participate in inventory audits, and create or optimize storage locations.
• Perform picking, packing, and related warehouse tasks.
• Use IT tools to maintain and enrich activity tracking and share information with other departments.
• Communicate with workflow leads, supervisors and managers to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with artisans and client advisors for collective problem solving and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in improvement projects within the company.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Dynamism and ability to switch between tasks based on activity needs.
• Comfortable with computers and handling data.
