Wismettac is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Inventory Controller to help maintain accurate warehouse inventory and support efficient operations. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring our high-quality food products are properly tracked, stored, and available to meet customer demand.
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Full-time Monday‑Friday (Standard 40 hours), with occasional overtime as needed

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting warehouse operations to ensure product is properly tracked from receiving through shipment.
- Inventory Accuracy: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.
- Cycle Counting: Conduct regular physical counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain system accuracy.
- Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff to verify product locations, quantities, and proper storage.
- System Updates: Maintain inventory records in warehouse management systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Receiving & Shipping Support: Assist with verifying inbound and outbound shipments to ensure product accuracy and documentation.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of inventory control, warehouse inventory, or related experience required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Technical
Skills:
Comfortable using warehouse systems, spreadsheets, or inventory tracking software. - Communication: Ability to work closely with warehouse staff and operations teams.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and work within a warehouse environment as needed.
