Position: Warehouse Associate - Shipping 1pm

Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Sun – Thurs, 1 p.m. until done

Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results.

  • Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team!
    • Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
Key Responsibilities
  • Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
  • Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
  • Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
  • Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Can lift products up to 75 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working on feet all day—standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced accuracy-driven environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliable punctuality
  • Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
  • Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (desired)
