Shipping Coordinator (Lead) – $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime available during peak seasons. Our client is a family‑oriented company seeking a motivated and detail‑focused Shipping Coordinator to join their warehouse team. This is a hands‑on lead position for someone who can work independently, take ownership of the shipping process, and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

This position will become increasingly busy during the holiday season, making organization, communication, and follow‑through critical to success.

• Coordinate daily shipping operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Work with specialized packaging and labeling requirements
• Verify order accuracy and ensure shipments are processed correctly
• Follow up on orders to ensure they are completed and shipped on time
• Communicate regularly with the Laser Department regarding custom engraving orders
• Coordinate with the Promotions Department to keep orders on schedule
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
• Support workflow improvements and help keep operations running smoothly
• Lead by example and assist with daily shipping priorities

• Previous shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience required
• Experience with Fed Ex and UPS shipping systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership abilities preferred
• Basic to intermediate Excel experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Moderate lifting up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor in a production environment
