Are you organized, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are seeking a dependable Receiving Clerk to play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient receipt of incoming materials and inventory. In this position, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, support warehouse operations, and contribute to a safe, organized, and productive workplace.

What You'll Do Receiving & Inventory ManagementReceive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
Verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or shipping discrepancies and document findings appropriately.
Enter receiving transactions into the inventory management system.
Generate and apply receiving labels to incoming materials.
Sort and route inventory to the appropriate departments or warehouse locations.
Process returns authorizations related to shipping errors.
Coordinate with Inventory Control regarding item updates, discontinued products, and item clarifications.
Add inventory notes and documentation as needed to support operational accuracy.
Deliver materials and orders to Shipping, Returns, and other warehouse departments.
Support ship-complete and tag-and-hold order processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional receiving area.
Ensure warehouse shelves, bins, and storage locations remain orderly and accessible.
Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Assist with general warehouse activities and special projects as assigned.
Train and mentor new team members on receiving procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to maintain efficient workflow and high service levels.
Follow established company procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least one year of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to read and understand instructions, reports, and correspondence.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Valid driver's license in good standing.
This position works closely with warehouse leadership and team members to ensure materials are received, processed, and distributed accurately and efficiently. The role requires a hands‑on approach and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Pay Details$18.00 per hour
