Warehouse Associate - 3PL Shipping
Location:
Irving, TX
Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (or until job completion)

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—contributing to a reliable supply chain. This active, high-energy role values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. You may be pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment

Up to $18.00/hour starting pay

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team!
Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products weighing up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders all day?
• Can you work at heights up to 30 feet?
• Do you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Are you reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
