Reach Truck Operator

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with experience operating Reach Trucks, Stand‑Up Forklifts, and Sit‑Down Forklifts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong material handling skills, inventory experience, and working knowledge of SAP systems. This role involves shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse organization and safety standards.

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or until finish

Pay: $18.00/HR (Temp - Hire)

• Operate Reach Truck, Stand‑Up Forklift, and Sit‑Down Forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
• Receive incoming shipments and verify product counts and condition
• Use SAP system to process inventory transactions, track materials, and update warehouse records
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following safety procedures
• Inspect forklifts and equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing, labeling, and shipping preparation
• Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse safety guidelines

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating:
• Reach Truck
• Stand‑Up Forklift
• Sit‑Down Forklift
• Valid forklift certification preferred
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management/inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• RF scanner experience
• Inventory management knowledge
• Experience in a high-volume distribution or manufacturing environment
