Forklift Driver

NCW is hiring a Forklift Driver for our Transportation & Logistics client in the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this role, you'll safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials, supporting shipping, receiving, and production. You'll follow OSHA and facility safety standards, complete pre-shift inspections, and maintain accurate inventory handling. Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials in a warehouse environment.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures, conducting pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Stage, organize, and wrap pallets to support shipping, receiving, and production.
• Read work orders, labels, and inventory documents to ensure accurate material handling.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and basic data entry as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily logistics goals.
