Warehouse Associate Entry Level

NCW is hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. In this role, you will receive, sort, and stage materials, pick and pack orders, and load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment. You'll help maintain accurate inventory records, label and organize stock, and follow shipping and receiving procedures. This position requires standing, lifting, and moving products safely throughout the shift.

You'll work on a collaborative team that values reliability, communication, and attention to detail while learning core logistics and warehouse skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately
• Load and unload trucks using basic material handling equipment
• Maintain organized warehouse aisles and storage areas
• Perform inventory counts and update stock records
• Label, wrap, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents
• Operate pallet jacks and other non-powered equipment safely
• Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
