The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for helping direct and monitor approved employee schedules daily while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance within the warehouse and recycling areas.

• Training & Mentorship:
  Provide basic training and mentorship to new team members, including coordinating introductions and onboarding support for temporary employees assisting the team.
• Employee Supervision & Evaluation:
  Supervise, evaluate, and support employees to promote efficiency, teamwork, accountability, and positive morale.
• Inventory & Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate daily recycling logs and ensure all employees complete required daily task checklists.
• Workstation Oversight:
  Oversee the daily maintenance and organization of Aramark work areas, including the recycling area and warehouse GMP employee zones in accordance with the approved zone map.
• Equipment Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ) certified employees follow safe operating practices, complete required vehicle inspections, and submit documentation to the appropriate department.

• Requires at least 3-5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving supervisor role
• Requires basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must have excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Must be flexible and able to adjust to variable work demands

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
