2026–2027 School Year, Full Time
Hours8:30 am – 4:30 p.m.
SalaryPer Secretarial Bargaining agreement
DutiesReview requisitions for completeness and accuracy.
- Process and approve requisitions per District Policy and New Jersey State guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve purchasing issues.
- Maintain vendor, contract, and bid files electronically.
- Assist with bid distribution; attend bid openings, and record bid results.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
