Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) endorsement or Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH) certification, and a valid Preschool through Grade 3 (P-3) Certificate of Eligibility (CE), Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS), or Standard Certificate.
