Qualifications- Appropriate NJ ESL/Bilingual Certification
- A minimum of five years of experience working with ELLs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Provide technical staff development and performance feedback.
- Design, and implement curriculum, assessments, and teaching methodologies appropriate to ELLs.
- Able to multitask and function effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Conduct presentations during In-Service professional development.
- Use data to identify student learning trends, set goals, monitor and modify instruction, and increase student achievement in accordance with school/districts improvement plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
