This is a full-time on-site role for a Shop Associate, located in Irvington, NJ. The Millwork Shop Associate will be responsible for cleaning the shop and loading items into the trucks.

• Facilitate loading/unloading of items onto transfer trucks.
• Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas.
• Responsible for following and promoting all safety standards of conduct.
• Move, pack, scan and palletize items safely (Items often weigh more than 50lbs).
• Coordinate tasks with a team of 2-3 associates.
• Perform all tasks while following safe practices and utilizing proper PPE.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the day.
• Report all unsafe conditions and unsafe acts as they become aware.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor and the Production Manager.

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs; reach, stop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, crouch.
• Ability to operate company vehicles, tools and equipment in a safe and productive manner.
• Understand client quality expectations.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
