Support for Daily Operational and Administrative tasks on the MV Molding Floor
Location
:
Onsite, Richards Manufacturing Facility (Irvington, NJ)
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure Team members are following Safety Policies and are using proper PPE
· Ensure proper Housekeeping Practices are followed - Ensure Team members are following Work Instructions and filling Process Check Templates
- Work with Engineering to complete root cause / corrective action on Quality issues.
- Support Team Members to meet required output based on Capacity by Mold/Press
- Work with Production Scheduler / Production Mgr / Inventory Control & Wire Brush Leader to coordinate proper Wire Brush schedule
- Support Team Members to ensure transactions are completed correctly in D365 to drive inventory accuracy.
- Work with Leading Supervisor to make sure all personnel trainings are updated and maintained
- Coordinate training sessions related to production, safety and Quality
- Work with Production Manager on employee daily attendance
- Work with EHS group regarding updated procedures and weekly tasks
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years managing and supervising groups larger than 10 employees
- Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing environment
