• Develop computer programs to power the shop machines to produce the specified components.
• Provide Instructions, guidance, and training to machine operators.
• Operate shop CNC machinery to meet deadlines
• Ensure quality assurance in every component, physical checks must be completed periodically on the final components.
• Analyze job orders and perform necessary calculations.
• Simplify machining time to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
• Always wear proper personal protective equipment.
• Responsible for immediately reporting all unsafe conditions and acts.
• Follow all company safety procedure
• Ensure proper material handling at all stages of processing.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor and the Production Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two- year College or Technical school.
• 5 years’ minimum experience in the millwork / woodworking industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
• Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision
