Hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate and dedicated Full‑Time Registered Nurse for its Hospice office in North Bergen, New Jersey. The RN will travel to hospice clients on a per‑visit basis in Essex and Hudson County, providing palliative medical care to allow patients to remain at home.

• Make home visits to clients within designated geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, procedures, and comfort care.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Occasionally be on call after hours and/or weekends.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred (but not required).
• Proficient computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base Pay: $50–$52 per hour, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation.
