Job SummaryThe Team Lead is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating leadership and fostering a positive work environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAs an assistant manager or manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed.
Support business operations, policy and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
Oversee and monitor the methods following criteria which include the protection of company assets.
Assist with training and development of new sales associates.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must have a high level of integrity.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).
ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to consistently lift 10-35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.
