Accounting Supervisor and Controller .Thisrolewillcontributetoday-to-dayaccountingoperationswhilehelpingmaintainaccuratefinancialrecordsandensuringaccountingpracticesalignwithU.S.GAAP.

• Conductbankresearchandassistwithdailycashandtreasury-related activities.

• Trackcapitalexpendituresandmaintainaccuratesupportingrecords.

• Managefixedassetaccounting,includingadditions,disposals,andrelatedentries.

• Supporttheaccountspayableprocess,includinginvoicereview,processing,andpaymentscheduling.

• Prepareandpostjournalentriesaspartofthemonthlycloseprocess.

• Analyzegeneralledgeractivityandassistwithaccountreconciliationsandadjustments.

• Assistwithbudgeting,forecasting,andfinancialanalysis.

• Supportaccountsreceivableactivitiesandcustomeraccountmaintenance.

• Monitorcashflowandassistwithworkingcapitalinitiatives,includingDPOmanagement.

• Helpensurefinancialrecordsareaccurate,complete,andmaintainedonatimelybasis.

• Assistwithaccountingprojectsandotherdutiesasneeded.

• 3+yearsofaccountingexperience,preferablywithina
  manufacturingorproductionenvironment

• Bachelor’sdegreein
  
  Accounting,Finance,orarelatedfieldpreferred;equivalentprofessionalexperiencemaybeconsidered.

• Strongunderstandingofgeneralaccountingandbookkeepingprinciples.

• Experiencesupportingorindependentlycompletingmonth-endfinancialcloseactivities.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ,includingtheabilitytoanalyzeandmanipulatelargeamountsoffinancialdata.

• Experienceworkingwith
  Microsoft Dynamics
  orasimilarERPsystem.

• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

• Excellentattentiontodetail,organization,andabilitytomeetdeadlines.

• Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecollaboratingeffectivelywiththeaccountingteam.
