What

You’ll Do

Manage and Organize Files. Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents in the document control center.

Create and Maintain. Assist in the development of new forms as needed. Update computer-generated documents as necessary. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information. Collects, maintains and distributes all documents to define product configuration and control processes that insure conformance to customer requirements.

Collaborate. Coordinate the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of the appropriate document in a timely manner. Work with and assist Quality Control Technicians in the reading of specifications for projects and ensuring the correct strength and type of product bids. Performing other work‑related duties as assigned. Perform duties as defined in document

Skills You’ll Need

Experience. High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year general office experience. Previous document control responsibilities preferred. Strong general mathematics skills required.

Technology. Proficient computer and internet skills including all MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. Proficient in Adobe.

Organizational Ability. Must be efficient with strong attention to detail. Must have strong skills in organization and planning, demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.

Interpersonal Skills. Strong multi‑tasking skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to read, write clearly and verbally communicate in English.

Attention to Detail. Ability to generate a substantial amount of error‑free computer‑generated work. Heavy data entry is required.

Hourly Range. The base hourly range for this role is between $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
