Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Pierre Landscape is seeking a high-energy, detail-obsessed Administrative Assistant to serve as the organizational heartbeat of our multi-departmental team.

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of complex scheduling and calendaring for department heads, ensuring priorities are balanced and meetings are seamless.
Support Purchasing, Fleet, and Accounting by building and maintaining spreadsheets that track project timelines, equipment data, and department KPIs.
Act as the "follow-up engine" for the office—proactively chasing down signatures, project updates, and vendor responses to keep workflows moving.
Provide high-level administrative backing for HR, Sales, and Client Relations, ensuring document preparation and presentations are flawless.
Maintain and modernize digital and physical filing systems so that critical records are organized and accessible at a moment’s notice.
1–3 Years
Experience:
Proven success in a fast-paced, multi-departmental administrative role.Excel Proficiency: You don't just "use" Excel; you're comfortable with formulas, data organization, and maintaining clean, accurate reports.
Operational Urgency: You thrive under tight deadlines and possess a "sense of the finish line" for every task you start.
Exceptional Communication: Professional clarity in both written correspondence and verbal coordination.
Proactive Problem Solver: You don't just report problems—you bring potential solutions to the table.
Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and a quick study on new software.
