IncidentManagement Team (IMT) Participation
Incumbents are required to serve as members of the Incident Management Team to support emergency response and business continuity efforts. This includes on‑call availability on a rotating basis (approximately every four to six weeks), extended hours up to 12‑hour shifts during IMT activations, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary, readiness to report in person to the Irwindale location on short notice, completion of required IMT training and qualifications, and performing assigned IMT duties that may differ from regular responsibilities.

- Drive the delivery of analytical support to the enterprise, optimizing data collection, analysis, and reporting to enable key business operations projects.
- Consult with stakeholders, presenting complex analytical findings and making recommendations on their impact on business operations.
- Create and monitor performance dashboards that track and analyze KPIs to optimize process improvements and support portfolio operations in developing performance metrics.
- Evaluate business operations processes and recommend actions to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs.
- Perform analyses and evaluate business operational risk requirements, identifying suitable risk mitigations and communicating them to leadership.
- Meet with stakeholders to identify specific project requirements, recommend applicable tools, and provide periodic updates through project completion.
- Optimize the development of business plan scenarios to evaluate different priorities and potential options for achieving enterprise objectives.
- Work with business planning and performance management teams to develop option sets that meet planning scenarios considering financial, operational, and regulatory risks and constraints.
- Train newly hired analysts on aspects of the job through mentorship.
- Validate established processes to ensure alignment with rules, principles, laws, and industry standards, safeguarding assets, minimizing errors, and mitigating risk.
- Protect physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets by managing sensitive information with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
- Ten or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
- Demonstrated experience synthesizing complex information, shaping recommendations, and enabling leadership decision‑making.
- Proven experience developing and executing resiliency and operational risk programs across complex organizations, including governance, standards, and performance management.
- Experience developing scorecards and cascading metrics (macro/micro views), producing executive‑ready reporting, and tracking mitigations/actions to closure.
- Knowledge and experience in financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, contract oversight, and performance reporting.
- Experience supporting regulatory filings, compliance deliverables, and emergent data requests/proceedings (e.g., CPUC; GRC/RAMP/WMP/CEMA or similar), including cross‑stakeholder coordination and quality control.
- Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills, including communicating impacts of process/policy changes and driving alignment across organizational units.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, escalates, and resolve complex and high‑visibility issues using sound judgment, discretion, and an enterprise perspective.
- Experience in emergency management work streams, readiness, and response operations; experience supporting an Incident Management Team is a plus.
