Customer Solutions Representative

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
Review ESA applications to validate customer information, income eligibility and required supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies, request revisions when necessary, and report processing issues.
Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Support workload management by processing high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy, quality and safety standards.
Monitor queues and prioritize work to meet operational goals

Required Skills/Attributes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
Ability to follow detailed processes, procedures, job aids, and program requirements consistently.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, incomplete, or conflicting information.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with limited day-to-day direction.
