Estimating and Production to learn Pierre’s systems, standards, and project delivery processes before taking full project ownership
- Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate landscape construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee billing and documentation
- Collaborate with field teams and ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations
- Review contracts, submittals, and plans to ensure project compliance and efficiency
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to ensure successful delivery
- Support estimating and pre-construction efforts when needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or assistant PM roles (experience inlandscape, concrete, or site work preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, reading plans, and managing subcontractors
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with union labor, prevailing wage, and public agency documentationa plus
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office, Procore, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
