Responsibilities- Deliver our educational program to ensure data‑driven, results‑based instruction for students in the implementation of the Common Core Standards, and be available to provide direct instruction to students 6 hours a day.
- Teach for mastery of the Common Core Standards, be knowledgeable in the single‑subject content area and plan differentiated curriculum to ensure student success.
- Use assessments and data to influence instruction, keep grade, attendance and retention records.
- Provide targeted interventions for special education students and English Language Learners.
- Participate in community groups, faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, teacher training workshops, and assist with state‑mandated student testing.
- Meet with students and parents to discuss student progress and problems.
- BA/BS Degree.
- CA Preliminary or Clear single‑subject teaching credential with English Language Authorization (ELA).
- Intern eligibility is a plus.
Salary Range: $68,000 – $95,000
