Join a growing engineering team developing high‑performance cable solutions for aerospace and other advanced applications. This role offers end‑to‑end involvement—from design and prototyping through testing and production—working on cutting‑edge high‑speed and RF technologies.
What You’ll Do- Design coaxial, twinaxial, and multiconductor cable assemblies
- Test and characterize performance using VNA, TDR, and related tools
- Develop specs, test plans, and support product qualification
- Partner cross‑functionally on materials, manufacturing, and design improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis
- Electrical Engineering degree + strong fundamentals in signal integrity/EMC
- Experience with high‑speed or RF design/testing
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environments
- Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with strong communication skills
- Impedance‑controlled design experience
- Familiarity with high‑speed protocols (USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.)
