Irwindale, CA, US
Job Description Job DetailsExperience: Senior Level
Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Support equipment installation, validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Design tooling and fixtures to support production.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new products.
- Create work instructions, SOPs, and other process documentation.
- Train production teams on equipment operation and best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment, including motors, drives, PLCs, and HMIs.
- Proficiency with Solid Works, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
