Salary: $95,000 - $145,000 per year

We are looking for a hands‑on Materials Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This role partners cross‑functionally to bring new products from concept through production while supporting ongoing manufacturing efforts.

• Develop, mix, and test fluoropolymer compounds for electrical and fiber‑optic systems
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and equipment teams to implement new material solutions
• Build prototypes and scale concepts to full production
• Create clear technical documentation including test plans, reports, drawings, BOMs, procedures, and specifications
• Partner with suppliers to source materials and services
• Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
• 2+ years of fluoropolymer experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
