• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform’s capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

• Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques.
• Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migrations.
• Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements.

• Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies.

• Experience in SAP or any other leading Non‑SAP ERP solutions implementation and support programs.
• Preferably previous experience with BI or process mining tools (e.g., Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, Signavio).
• In‑depth knowledge of Business Process Design and Modeling, Business Process Analysis, KPI definition, measurements, and other process analytics techniques to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Solid understanding of business process modeling notations like BPMN 2.0 and business process management concepts, BPM technology, process hierarchy definition, familiarity with APQC process definitions, SAP Best Practices.
• At least 4-5 years of experience on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite and specifically on SAP Signavio Process Insights, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Journey Modeler, SAP Signavio Process Governance, SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub, and SAP Build Process Automation.

• Preferably integration experience of SAP Signavio with SAP ECC, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, Solution Manager, CALM, Enable Now, SAP BTP, and LeanIX.
• Capability to work closely with clients to understand their challenges, business scenarios, and business processes.
• Understanding of key customer processes, such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Acquire‑to‑Retire, Issue‑to‑Resolution, Invoice‑to‑Cash.
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), process data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
• Preferably experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Data Sphere, and/or programming (Java, Python, R).
