In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert guiding customers and stakeholders on electric and magnetic fields (EMF). Responsibilities include leading EMF customer service operations, providing expert analyses, and managing regulatory inquiries. You should have seven years of technical support experience and a valid Class C driver’s license.
The position allows for hybrid work and requires some travel throughout the SCE service area.
