A leading subcontractor in construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in California to oversee high-end millwork projects. The role requires 8+ years of experience in construction management and a proven track record of managing projects worth $3M to $15M. Responsibilities include P&L ownership, scheduling, and subcontractor negotiations. Ideal candidates will have advanced skills in project management software and excellent client communication abilities.

Strong negotiation skills and current OSHA certification are also needed.
