This role ensures site reliability by performing high‑quality inspections, troubleshooting basic preventative maintenance tasks, and executing routine maintenance without supervision. It involves replacing basic components and supporting proactive maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
Responsibilities- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including routine maintenance and component changes.
- Monitor processes, materials, and surroundings; perform detailed inspections and identify potential failures.
- Troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical and operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members to support plant operations.
- Evaluate information against safety and compliance standards.
- Maintain a proactive mindset to reduce unplanned downtime and improve reliability.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within the aggregate industry.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting thorough inspections of all site areas.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic preventive maintenance and maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of component replacement and its impact on plant performance.
Hourly rate: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour. The range does not include discretionary bonuses or equity packages.
