City Brewery is seeking a HACCP/Food Safety Supervisor in Irwindale, CA to lead the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This key role acts as the SME for food safety and trains staff to uphold high safety standards in a 24/7 production environment.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Food Science, is PCQI certified and HACCP trained, with strong knowledge of GFSI standards and experience in audits.
