Production Manager, Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
We're seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive productivity, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced production environment.
What You ll Do- Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
- Manage, coach, and develop supervisors and production team members.
- Monitor production performance, labor utilization, downtime, scrap, and quality metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to optimize operations.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and workforce planning.
- Support cost reduction initiatives, inventory management, and equipment uptime.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and team leadership.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation: $125,000 Benefit offerings:include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
