New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) – Seasonal Immunization Clinics
Are you a new graduate RN looking to gain valuable clinical experience while making a difference in your community? We are seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our seasonal immunization clinic team. This is an excellent opportunity to build nursing skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities- Administer influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended immunizations.
- Assess patients and review health histories prior to vaccination.
- Educate patients about vaccines and answer questions.
- Document immunizations accurately in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Maintain vaccine storage and handling standards.
- Assist with patient flow and provide excellent customer service.
- Support clinic operations by organizing supplies, greeting patients, and assisting with outreach activities during slower periods.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience administering immunizations through nursing school, clinical rotations, externships, previous employment, or volunteer experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work independently after completing training.
- Willingness to travel to clinic locations within your assigned area, if needed.
Seasonal assignment beginning August 23, 2026 (flexible start dates available through September). Part-time, PRN schedule. Clinic hours are generally 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, seven days a week. Hours vary based on clinic demand and are not guaranteed. Additional hours may be available during peak vaccination season. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
TrainingOnline training modules are provided before the assignment begins. Candidates should be comfortable administering immunizations; hands-on vaccine training is not provided.
