Motul is seeking a detail-oriented QC Laboratory Technician to join our Quality team in Irwindale, California. In this role, you will perform analytical testing and ensure compliance of raw materials and finished products, collaborate closely with Manufacturing, R&D, and Quality teams to support operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field and 1-3 years of laboratory or quality control experience. Key responsibilities include testing, data management, and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
