Job Overview
We are hiring a Field Sales Representative to be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to Tru Green’s personalized lawn care solutions. You will use Tru Green’s Sales Playbook to provide tailored services right at their doorsteps, turning casual interactions into lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Engage homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and build trust.
- Customize sales messaging for each household, turning “just looking” into “just signed” through a proven sales methodology.
- Use a CRM to log interactions, track performance, and measure activity.
- Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to upgrade their lawns.
- Maintain professionalism, energy, and a positive demeanor during door‑to‑door outreach.
- Collaborate with the team and support the local community of homeowners.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are highly valued.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; reliable and road‑ready.
- Strong communication skills for initiating and closing conversations.
- Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset.
- Comfortable with mobile technology (no coding required).
- Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
- Fluent reading, speaking, and writing in English.
- Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Your earning potential grows with every sale and every satisfied homeowner. Average income ranges from $875 to $1,200 per week (based on an annual salary plus commissions).

Pay Range$30,436.00 – $63,002.00. This range reflects the qualifications necessary for the position and may vary based on experience, training, and geographic location. Most candidates start in the lower half of the range.
