Psych Pros, Inc. is seeking a Housing Case Manager in Irwindale, CA to join as a full-time TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT with no set end date.
You will manage a caseload of 20-25 households at risk of homelessness and coordinate Housing Service Plans with referrals. The role requires 2 years in human services or a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, plus a California driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
