Overview
We are hiring a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies and assisting with day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, and accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided. Students are welcome to apply for this role without prior experience.

- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in the preparation of meetings and events
- Order office supplies as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
