Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Isa Town Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team to success. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients and leading your team to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets.
• Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance, training and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to improve sales strategies.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market research and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Ability to travel for client meetings as needed.

Salary: 1800$ per month
