Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Isa Town. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Your role will involve managing key accounts, developing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship provided.

• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop sales strategies, plans and budgets to drive growth
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
• Train and mentor new sales representatives
• Analyze data and generate reports on sales performance

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Visa sponsorship provided for non-local candidates
