Contract Sales Manager
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Contract Sales Manager in Isa Town. As a Contract Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the sales process for our company's products and services. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$, and we offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
