Excavator operator

Job Title – Entry‑Level Excavator Operator

As an entry‑level Excavator Operator you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to assist in the excavation, leveling, and movement of earth and materials. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently operate an excavator following all safety protocols and standards.

• Operate an excavator to perform excavation, grading, and trenching tasks.
• Perform daily maintenance checks on the equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Ensure safe operation of the equipment at all times by following all safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities.
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other team members on the ground.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and methods is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Location:

Isa Town, Bahrain.

Salary: 1,700 $ per month, negotiable based on experience.
