We are a reputable construction company located in Isa Town, Bahrain seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.

• Oversee and manage a team of carpenters to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience
• Train new carpenters on the job site and provide guidance as needed
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and project costs
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders

• High school diploma or equivalent, technical or trade school certification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in carpentry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, materials, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Valid driver's license is preferred

• We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1700 per month depending on experience.
• Accommodation will be provided for employees who do not reside in Isa Town.
• We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
