Contract Mason

Contract Mason in Isa Town, Bahrain

As a Contract Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and patios using various materials including brick, stone, and concrete. You will work on a contract basis in Isa Town, Bahrain, and will be provided with accommodation during your employment.

• Prepare surfaces for construction by removing old materials and smoothing out rough spots
• Mix and apply mortar or grout to secure bricks or stones in place
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and polish materials
• Read blueprints or specifications to determine the layout of structures
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets safety standards and specifications
• Collaborate with other construction workers on larger projects

• Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Willingness to work on a contract basis in Isa Town, Bahrain

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Apprenticeship or technical training in masonry is a plus

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
