The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various maintenance and repair tasks with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency. • Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing electrical carpentry and painting
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment or systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Respond promptly to requests from clients or management
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and up to company standards

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of basic repair techniques for plumbing electrical carpentry and painting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills in English
• Must be able to provide own transportation
