Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Isa Town.

As a Handyman you will be responsible for repairing maintaining and installing various items and systems in commercial and residential buildings.

• Inspect and identify issues with plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
• Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment and fixtures such as toilets sinks faucets light fixtures etc
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting carpentry work and cleaning
• Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations

Salary 1000$ per month negotiable based on experience

Working Hours Full-time 40 hoursweek
