Executive Assistant – Banking Industry
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives within our banking institution. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and manage complex schedules efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO) and senior banking officials.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with discretion.
- Organize and prepare materials for board meetings, client presentations, and internal strategy sessions.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements using banking financial tools.
- Assist in drafting memos, reports, and emails for senior management.
- Support office operations, including vendor management and office supplies procurement.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative processes.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Experience:
5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and financial software (e.g., SAP, Concur).
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and corporate governance is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-level executives in a financial institution.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, investment banking, or corporate finance operations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the banking industry.
