Senior Designer (Figma & UX Design)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join a growing Product organization focused on building and enhancing enterprise applications used daily by hundreds of thousands of employees.

This individual will work directly with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to transform business requirements and user stories into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Figma practitioner who can quickly take concepts, requirements, and user feedback and convert them into polished UI designs, prototypes, and presentation-ready deliverables.

This position is heavily focused on product design execution, requiring someone who can work efficiently within a fast-paced Agile environment while maintaining a strong user-centered mindset. In addition to creating high-quality UX/UI designs, the designer will help socialize product concepts across the organization by translating designs into compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate the product vision, user journey, and business value.

• Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand business objectives, requirements, and user stories.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences, workflows, and interface designs.
• Design user-centered solutions that balance business goals, technical constraints, and end-user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.
• Evaluate and improve existing user experiences by identifying usability challenges and recommending solutions.
• Deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions that support product objectives and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Think from the perspective of the end user while ensuring designs align with organizational goals.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Figma for UX and UI design creation.
• Design and prototype screens, workflows, and user experiences using Figma.
• Leverage Figma AI capabilities and AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate design creation, refinement, and iteration.
• Create production-ready designs that can be effectively handed off to development teams.
• Maintain design consistency through the use of established patterns, reusable components, and design standards.

• Develop polished PowerPoint presentations to communicate product concepts and design recommendations.
• Translate Figma designs into presentation-ready materials that can be used to socialize ideas across business and technology teams.
• Create compelling visual narratives that clearly illustrate user journeys, business challenges, proposed solutions, and product vision.
• Communicate design rationale and recommendations in a way that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Approximately 20% of the role will focus on presentation development and visual storytelling.

• Work extensively with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, and key stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Facilitate discussions around UX solutions and design recommendations.
• Present design concepts and gather feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

• Conduct lightweight UX research activities to better understand user needs and pain points.
• Review stakeholder feedback and incorporate findings into design iterations.
• Support usability validation and design reviews throughout the product lifecycle.
• Utilize available user insights and business feedback to continuously improve design outcomes.
• Apply accessibility requirements and established design standards to all solutions.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma (required).
• Experience working directly with Product Teams in Agile environments.
• Experience designing new products or significant enhancements to existing products.
• Strong UX and UI design skills with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Experience taking business requirements and user stories and translating them into UX/UI solutions.
• Ability to create:
  User Flows, Wireframes, Interactive Prototypes, High-Fidelity Mockups, UI Screens and Workflows.
• Experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and visual storytelling materials.
